Charlie's Hill

Charlie spent the first part of his tour at an observation post on Hill 364. The first photo is of Hill 364 taken from the airplane at Danang airport. The Danang airport is the former US Airbase. You can see how the hill overlooks the airport. Charlie was part of a 12 man fire team assigned to watch for infiltration and rocket attacks. The number designation for the hills represents the height of the hill in meters. Hill 364 was only accessible by foot. Charlie chose not to climb it today.
